About

A racing game you draw first.

Paperacers started from a game played in school notebooks for decades: Racetrack, also known as Vector Rally. Two walls drawn in pen on grid paper, a dot for each car, and one rule that makes it a race: every move keeps the speed and direction of the last one, and you can only change it a little at a time. Brake too late and you're into the wall.

Paperacers keeps that rule and the paper. You paint a road on the grid, put down a start line, maybe some oil, bumps and boosts, and race it. Alone against your own ghost, with up to five friends in a lobby, or on the daily challenge: one new track a day, the same for everyone, one attempt each. Tracks you're proud of can go in the Marketplace for anyone to race.

It runs in any modern browser, on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install. You can play without an account; signing in with your email keeps your tracks on every device and puts you on the daily leaderboard.
